Skateboarding in the 70s and 80s

Check it out! Remember skateboarding in the late 70s and 80s? This is the old Woden commercial skate park (perspex ramps and large bowl) in Canberra where a lot of the early skaters developed their craft. Home made ramps were popping up in the suburbs, skating was taking off as a sub-culture and moves were being developed. Great times. Did you skate in the 70's?
